Smart Copilot: what it can (and can't) do in your club

Call-ups, family messages, pending fees, reports and staff alerts. SAITO's copilot automates the repetitive work so your team gets hours back and focuses on what really matters. In development; expected availability Q4 2026.

SAITO's copilot is in development; expected availability Q4 2026. It doesn't replace your team: it takes repetitive work off their plate. It's designed to save between four and six hours per week per person in admin and coaching staff. But it also has clear boundaries worth explaining.

What it does

  • Drafts and sends messages to families or players with a club-coherent tone.
  • Suggests call-ups based on attendance, operational restrictions and performance.
  • Generates monthly reports: payments, occupancy, communication, incidents.
  • Teaches you how to use the platform inside the screen itself, step by step.

What it doesn't do

The copilot is isolated from the clinical module. It doesn't see diagnoses, doesn't propose treatments, doesn't issue medical clearances or sign reports. It only knows the player's operational state (fit, restricted, out) to help the coach with call-ups. Any sensitive data is out of its context.

Why that boundary matters

Mixing AI and clinical data without separation is one of the fastest paths to a data protection penalty. Keeping the copilot out of the health block isn't a limitation: it's a design decision that protects the club, staff and athletes.

A useful AI in sport saves real people hours of work, not one that pokes where it doesn't belong.
