When training ends, the athlete gets a notification on their phone and answers with one tap: from 0 to 10, how hard it was. No app to open, no forms.
With that the system calculates each session's load, the accumulated weekly load, monotony and strain. The coach logs in and sees how every group and every athlete is doing.
It is the sRPE method, the same one professional coaching staff use. The difference is that here it lives inside the platform you already use for everything else, not in a separate sheet nobody fills in.

Five differences you notice from day one of the season.
You upload your members file. The system shows you, row by row, what it will create and what is wrong before writing anything: duplicate emails, bad dates, groups that don't exist, minors with no declared guardian. You confirm and it applies. If something goes wrong, you undo the whole batch. Two hundred athletes loaded in an afternoon, with their teams, categories and linked guardians.
You define your items (membership fee, registration, kit, travel), set the season calendar and the system issues the receipts. Without connecting any payment gateway. If they pay you by transfer, instant payment or cash, you record it and that's it. And if you prefer card payments, you can: the money goes straight to your account and we don't take a cent of it.
A guardian with two children sees one single balance, not two separate lists. And the system reminds them before and after the due date, with a cap so it never becomes nagging. A club that reminds automatically gets paid sooner and spends fewer hours on the part it likes least.
Each person sees only what belongs to them. Coaches have no access to financial data. Medical staff see the athletes in their groups, not the whole club. Your organisation's data is not visible from any other. Under-16s cannot get in until their guardian accepts on their behalf, and that acceptance is recorded with version, date and time. Medical history is downloaded from the platform after checking who is asking, not through a link passed around on WhatsApp.
On almost every platform an athlete's health is an “injured yes or no” checkbox. Here medical staff have their own access, their appointment schedule, their conversation with the athlete and their treatment plans. And one boundary that is never crossed: the system knows whether someone is available to train, never why they are not.

Technology built for real data
SAITO manages data about athletes, minors, sports health, permissions, communications and payments. That is why it is not a collection of generated screens: behind it is a product with a backend, API, mobile app, management panel, cloud infrastructure and technical control.
Each organization and each profile only access the information and functions they need. Management, technical staff, medical staff and athletes do not see or do the same things.
Access rules are enforced in the system, not just in the interface. This helps separate entities, protect sensitive information and leave traceability of activity.
The code is versioned and documented. Evolution is managed in Jira and Confluence, with owners, statuses and an independent technical audit.
Mobile app, web panel and cloud services work on a common architecture to manage data, storage, communications and payments.
An application can work in a demo and fail when real users, permissions and data come into play.
